Because we have been providing home care services for over 22 years, many of our care givers have been with us for years and maybe even decades! We are also continuously adding caring individuals to our resources of home care personnel. At Epicure Home Care, Inc. we take extra time and consideration when selecting the homecare personnel for our clients.

• Our selection begins with a search which emphasizes that our applicants be experienced, caring, and compassionate.
• Then, unlike many other agencies, we require that ALL of our applicants fill out the necessary paperwork IN PERSON! (We do not accept applications via mail, fax, or internet).
• A current Criminal Background Check and references check are collected and conducted by our office management team.
• A formal in-person interview and skills screening are then conducted.
• Because of our contentious manner of handling home care, we also offer our clients the option to interview pre-screened personnel. We will complimentarily arrange the interviews.
