Our office management team is available during normal business hours for routine business affairs and we are available to our clients during nights, weekends, and holidays to assist with any unforeseen, urgent needs that may arise.

In addition, our staff provides the following services to ensure that our clients receive only the best care:

• Free initial, in-home visit and daily living assessment with a licensed nurse
• Customized scheduling of home care personnel
• Careful screening of home care personnel which includes a criminal background check, references check , in-person screening and interview
• Follow up services, which may include in-home visits and regular phone contact to ensure optimal care and client satisfaction
